F.C.S.C. The team is committed and dedicated to the development of our youth in the sport of soccer. It is our vision to give any and all
players the opportunity to develop and grow and to accomplish any dream, goal or desire they may have. It is also our vision to develop the
highest level of elite players in Southern California. And to advance players to our Affiliate F.C. New York of the Pro Leagues of the US
Soccer Federation We shall accomplish this through a planned program of development beginning with a solid foundation of teaching and
training with coach’s and trainers for all ages. It is our desire to. Improve their self esteem and teach a positive attitude
To teach each individual that character counts both on and off the field.
To teach good basic moral standards at all times.
To promote education of the children, develop a program to create
opportunities for assistance in educational needs, and to and create an
avenue of information for scholarships through sports.
To lead by example.
To teach the game of soccer to each and ever player:
This foundation of teaching and training will be accomplished with the
development of a youth Academy. An Academy that will further
the growth of the youth and the sport of soccer by:
B) Improve their individual skill levels.
C) Teach a work ethic to giving 100% effort at both practice and games.
D) To promote good sportsmanship and fair play at all times.
E) To play with desire and passion.
F Create an atmosphere of high quality competitive soccer and create
an atmosphere of fun and family values.
G) To take advantage of the Super 20 League to advance players beyond the club level.
H) To make use of the affiliation with F.C. New York or the U.S. Soccer Federation Pro Leagues or the USL for the advancement of players to
the professional ranks. We will also make available clinics with programs to fit their individual needs. With continued growth we will have
continued educational clinics for the coach’s and trainers themselves so they too can reach their highest potential. It is also our commitment
to develop one soccer nation of fans, players, parents, coach’s and the entire community, laying down a foundation of growth for the youth
and the communities of the Santa Clarita Valley.
